Apple Storage
Here are some tips to get the most out of your apples. The poly bag your apples came in is the best for keeping them in the refrigerator. The holes in the bag allow air in while keeping the apples cool. You can put a damp paper towel in the bag with the apples for the humidity needed for perfect keeping. Try to keep your apples at 33 - 38 degrees F with humidity somewhere between 80 and 90%.
