8 Slices Pine Tree's Graham-apple bread
Butter
Thousand Island dressing
8 slices Swiss Cheese
1 (8 oz) can sauerkraut, well drained
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced into rings

Lightly spread one side of each bread slice with butter. Spread other sides with dressing. Heat griddle or large skillet at medium-high.

Place four bread slices, butter side down, on the griddle. Add one slice cheese, sauerkraut, a few apple slices, then remaining cheese. Top each with a slice of bread, butter side up.

Cook until bottom is browned and crisp. Turn, and cook until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve warm.
