Grilled Apple Reuben

8 Slices Pine Tree's Graham-apple bread
Thousand Island dressing
8 slices Swiss Cheese
1 (8 oz) can sauerkraut, well drained
2 apples, cored and thinly sliced into rings
  1. Lightly spread one side of each bread slice with butter. Spread other sides with dressing. Heat griddle or large skillet at medium-high.
  2. Place four bread slices, butter side down, on the griddle. Add one slice cheese, sauerkraut, a few apple slices, then remaining cheese. Top each with a slice of bread, butter side up.
  3. Cook until bottom is browned and crisp. Turn, and cook until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Cut in half and serve warm.
